Delete your Wild Bones data

Ask us to delete your data

1. Open Wild Bones and tap your picture in the lobby. Write down your player name and your 6-letter FRIEND CODE (also shown in Settings → Delete my data).
2. Send an email to wildbones.support@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data", and include your player name and friend code. If you signed in with Google, add the email address of that Google account.
3. We delete your account and all game data within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your sign-in account (guest or Google-linked, including your name, email address and profile photo from Google), profile (name, photo URL, level, XP, coins, stats, skins, tables, streaks), friend code, friends list, recent players, challenge invites, online status and leaderboard entry. Coins and items cannot be restored after deletion.

Google players

You can also remove Wild Bones's access from your Google account: Google Account → Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services → Wild Bones → Delete all connections. This stops Google sharing your sign-in details with the game; email us as above to delete the data we already hold.

Earlier Facebook Login

Earlier versions of Wild Bones offered Facebook Login. Data from it can still be deleted the same way: email us as above.

Uninstalling

Uninstalling the app removes the data saved on your phone, but not your online account. Use the email request above to delete the online data.
